Red and black -- my entire house is decorated in those colors. But the basement is decorated with African masks and art from all over the world. I confess that I became addicted to eBay for a time for this artwork, but people who visit us say it's like walking into a very unique musuem. My backyard and deck is all Oriental. Wildest thing you ever did:
I moved to Calgary when I seventeen (I'd just graduated high school) but stayed there only a week before I decided to come back. My hubby and I had been "dating" at the time, and he didn't want me to leave. He asked me to move in with him, but I thought I was too young and needed to be out on my own. He gave me a week in Calgary, bought a ring and was flying out to ask me to marry him. Instead, I came back to him before he had the chance. I know this sounds like a young adult Harlequin romance, but I swear, this is what happened. Better yet, we're still together after all those years.

He swept her off her feet, carried her to the bed, and laid her across the lace coverlet. The fire’s flames revealed wonder and awe etched upon his face. He sidled beside her, so large and protective. When she lifted her head to taste his lips, he drew back with a shake of his head and a coy smile curling the corners of his full lips.
"Let my eyes feast upon you a little longer. I am no danger to you, as you can see." He held up his bound wrists. "A lowly man such as myself is rarely afforded such sights of perfection."
